Through content marketing, QS Unisolution wanted to build market awareness of its solution MoveON and drive more traffic to its website. To produce high-quality content which would encourage more visitors, and new leads, QS Unisolution knew this would require a lot of time from staff who didn’t have the capacity to dedicate to additional content creation.
At the same time, QS Unisolution also wanted to maximise the value and longevity of the content shared by their clients at their annual conference. To do all of this, they needed the help of a trusted and reliable extra set of hands. They wanted to outsource the work to a content writer who could quickly get to grips with working with the company, their technology and market – and produce professional standard copy.
The initial engagement with QS Unisolution was to produce a couple of blogs, a whitepaper and two video interviews. The project started with me writing two client story blog posts which have been published on the company blog. These included: Université Laval – Boosting Efficiency And Going Paperless and The University College of Northern Denmark – Using MoveON To Foster A ‘Global Mindset’.

I also attended the annual MoveON user conference in Malta. The primary objective was to be immersed in listening to the client’s stories and pain points. It was also to see how the clients use the MoveON solution to drive their international strategy. The opportunity enabled me to source information first hand for a whitepaper.
I also conducted two client interviews and captured numerous short client testimonials by working alongside a videographer.
Following the conference, I produced a white paper on the topic of ‘capturing data and producing critical reports’. In the whitepaper, I identified successful strategies, practical tips and best practice from institutions around the world. The whitepaper has been made available via the company blog and website.
